About color difference
There will be color difference between the finished product and the design drawing, and there will be color difference in different batches of the same drawing. If the color requirements are strict, please make proof first before making; If the order needs to follow the color of the finished product before, the sample card should be sent back in advance; Collage printing does not guarantee the color difference problem; PVC caine high temperature synthesis will exist "dark blue easy to turn purple, deep purple easy to turn blue, gray, black, dark brown easy to appear different shades", if you can not accept, please avoid the existence of these colors.
About shift
All card custom drawings are shown on the bleeding position, positioning and punching must be offset, offset range does not exceed the bleeding position is normal, so all post-printing production process can not guarantee that each position is consistent with the design of the drawing and there will be different degrees of offset (such as: coding, scraping, hot gold silver, UV, signature strip, punching, etc.).
Other irresistible problems
The card in the production and transportation process will inevitably produce friction traces, especially dark smooth card, please avoid;
Card does not contain card sleeve, need to add card sleeve, please inform customer service to increase the jointed card sleeve process and the corresponding process fee;
It is recommended to cover the paper card with a deep and light color and a large area of pink/blue/gray/green, otherwise it may rub off the color;
Try to avoid multiple similar drawings in one order, which may cause mixed cards.
