1. Core material (multiple precious woods available)
Basswood: natural hardwood, uniform texture, light color, high color rendering of color printing; corrosion resistance, deformation resistance, excellent insulation.
Bamboo: fast-growing renewable material, light weight and high strength, natural mildew resistance and UV resistance, environmental protection index MAX.
Black walnut: dark brown chocolate texture, staggered wood grain highlights luxurious texture; moisture-proof and anti-moth, the first choice for high-end membership cards.
Maple: Top hardness, load-bearing and scratch-resistant, complex hollow carving without edge collapse, industrial-grade durability.
Note: All wood is laminated at 120-150ºC, with a moisture content of ≤8%, to prevent cracking and deformation
2. Precision Manufacturing Process
Composite lamination:
0.25-0.3mm veneer + film fiber hot pressing → cross 90° lamination → 8 Pa high pressure molding, bending strength increased by 300%.
Nano-level protection:
Food-grade water-based wood latex bonding, surface UV coating waterproof and anti-fouling, wear-resistant for more than 100,000 times
