The corresponding processes for making membership cards:
1. Glossy card: Glossy membership card production is simple and common. It can be divided into screen printing, offset printing and offset printing after screen printing. Silk screen printing, offset printing and post-silk screen glue glossy membership card production can add hot stamping, magnetic strips, barcodes and signature strips. The variety and craftsmanship of its PVC cards are also the same as those of glossy cards. The only difference is the look and feel.
2. Frosted card: The production of frosted membership card is similar to that of glossy membership card: the difference between lamination and frosted lamination is only in the synthetic time. Frosted card cannot be added with bronzing, magnetic stripe, barcode and other processes.
3. Transparent card: Transparent membership card is made of transparent PVC material and can also be divided into silk screen printing, offset printing and screen printing followed by offset printing. Silk screen printing, offset printing and post-silk screen glue glossy membership card production can add hot stamping, magnetic strips, barcodes and signature strips. Transparent cards look and feel better than glossy cards.
4. Matte card: The production of matte membership card is similar to that of glossy card. Only the surface of the glossy card is covered with a layer of sub-film. The matte card looks neither as shiny as the glossy card nor as rough as the matte card.
