2. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We mainly undertake OEM orders. The MOQ for cards and wristbands is 500 pieces, and for stickers, it is 1000 pieces.
 
3. Can I place an order if the quantity is less than the MOQ?
Yes, you can. Orders with quantities less than the MOQ will be processed as sample orders. We attach great importance to sample orders and will handle them with the same rigorous attitude to ensure your satisfaction.
 
4. Can I customize products with my own logo, size, and shape?
Absolutely. We specialize in OEM services. For the original design files, we recommend using Adobe Illustrator, PDF, CDR9, or CDRX4 formats. The PSD format is also acceptable, but the DPI (dots per inch) should be above 300. We have the ability to quickly solve problems and continuously innovate in designing new products.
