About the artwork
Due to the need to change the design software and the repeated modification of the artwork, there may be problems such as content loss and omission. Please be sure to carefully confirm the content of the final production artwork and the corresponding quantity and process. If the artwork is not clearly confirmed and leads to errors in production, the seller will not be responsible.
About color difference
There will definitely be color differences between the finished product and the design drawing, and there will also be color differences in different batches of the same artwork. If you have strict requirements on color, please make a sample and confirm it before making it; if the return order needs to be based on the previous finished product and color, the sample card must be sent back in advance; the color difference problem is not guaranteed for plate printing; PVC cards will have the situation of "dark blue is easy to turn purple, dark purple is easy to turn blue, gray, black, and dark brown are easy to appear different shades" due to high-temperature synthesis. If you cannot accept it, please avoid these colors.
About displacement
All custom card artworks have bleed positions, and there will be displacement in positioning punching. It is normal if the displacement does not exceed the bleed position. Therefore, all post-printing production processes cannot guarantee that each position is consistent with the design artwork and there will be different degrees of displacement (such as: coding, scratch cards, hot stamping, UV, signature strips, punching, etc.).
Other force majeure issues
It is inevitable that the cards will be rubbed and produce marks during production and transportation, especially dark glossy cards. Please avoid it if you mind;
The card does not contain a card holder. If you need a card holder, please inform the customer service to add the one-piece card holder process and the corresponding process fee;
It is recommended to laminate the paper card with one dark and one light color and a large area of pink/blue/gray/green, otherwise the color may be rubbed off;
Try to avoid multiple similar artworks in one order. Similar artworks may cause mixed cards;
Delivery date, delivery method and other matters are subject to the final communication and confirmation of the business
All customized products are made according to the process marked on the confirmed artwork. The seller is not responsible for the process that has not been communicated or indicated;
The effect of the finished product is not based on the buyer's personal wishes. If the requirements are strict, please provide samples first or make proofs to confirm before making according to the samples.
