Material:

Visual carbon card uses the world's leading thermal rewritable technology, which is developed on the basis of traditional thermal technology. Traditional thermal materials can only be used once, while the new thermal rewritable materials can be used repeatedly. Visual carbon card is a card covered with a "Thermo Rewrite" material. The information on the card surface can be read and rewritten repeatedly, so that the original fixed card surface becomes a dynamic information window. There are two main types of "Thermo Rewrite" materials currently used on visual cards: one is a silver-type thermal physical material, that is, a silver-bottom white-letter card; the other is a black, blue, and red-type thermochemical reaction material, that is, a white-bottom black, blue, and red-letter card.

1. Classification based on the card base material
It can be divided into PVC card and PET card. The shape, size and material of PVC card are the same as those of ordinary bank cards. A special rewritable thermal film is added to the surface of the card to realize the visual function, which is more popular; while the size of PET card is the same as that of ordinary bank card, but it is very thin, very alternative, and has strong flexibility. It can be folded 360 degrees and is more personalized;
2. Classification based on the size of the displayable area on the card surface:
It can be divided into three types: full-width card, narrow-width card and regional card. Full-width card means that the entire surface of the card can be rewritten according to the needs, and its card base is generally a PVC material type card; narrow-width card means that only 1/4 of the surface of the card can be rewritten according to the needs, and the position of this rewritable area also has special requirements, and its card base is generally a PVC material type card; regional card means that the entire card surface or any area or multiple small areas on the card surface can be rewritten according to the needs, and its card base is generally a PET material type card;
3. From the perspective of the media used to store information in the card:
It can be divided into two types: IC (including contact and contactless) cards and magnetic stripe cards. The card base material corresponding to IC cards can only be PVC cards, and the card base material corresponding to magnetic stripe cards can be PVC cards and PET cards. However, PET cards can only correspond to magnetic stripe cards, and its magnetic stripe is also very special, distributed on the back of the entire card, and the surface of the magnetic stripe can also be printed in color, etc., which is completely different from the magnetic stripe of ordinary bank cards.
